Position: Officer/Sr. Officer – Production (API – Manufacturing)
Qualification:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related fields
- B.E. Chemical / B.Tech. Chemical with an outstanding academic record
Experience:
- 1 to 6 years of valuable experience gained from renowned pharmaceutical or API
industries
Job Profile:
As an Officer/Sr. Officer in Production (API – Manufacturing) at Raks Pharma, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of API processes. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Adherence to cGMP Standards: Maintain the highest levels of compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) throughout the shift.
- Process Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor all process activities in line with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and Batch Completion Records (BCR) during shift operations. Keep real-time records and coordinate with all service departments to meet process requirements.
- Safety Priority: Uphold safety norms and regulations within the plant during process operations, prioritizing the well-being of all personnel and the environment.

Advantageous Experience:
Candidates with prior experience in facing regulatory audits, such as those conducted by the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA), will be given preference. This experience demonstrates a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
