Tihar Jail Recruitment 2023-24 for Medical Professionals: Office of the Resident Medical Officer (Government of NCT of Delhi), Central Jail Hospital Tihar, New Delhi – 110064 will hold a Walk in Interview for fling up the vacant posts of Senior Residents in various Medical Departments and Junior Residents in Dental and MBBS on adhoc basis. The Central Jail Hospital Tihar Vacancy 2023 Walk in Interview scheduled on 28th November to 30th November 2023.
For Senior Resident: Pay Matrix Level 11, ₹ 67700/- plus usual allowances as admissible under the rules.
For Junior Resident: Pay Matrix Level 10, ₹ 561000/- plus usual allowances as admissible under the rules.
✅ Tihar Jail Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit:
Maximum 45 years for Senior Residents.
Maximum 30 years for Junior Residents.
Age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC, 03 years for OBC (NCL) Delhi only as per rules.
Educational Qualifications:
For Senior Resident:
(1) The minimum qualification for selection as Sr. Resident in any speciality will be a post-graduate degree or a Diploma in a concerned speciality from recognized university/ institution.
(2) If candidates having post graduate Degree or a diploma are not available in any particular speciality then candidates who have 02 years post MBBS Experience with at least 01 year in concerned Speciality considered for the selection.
For Junior Resident (MBBS):
(1) MBBS from recognized university/institution.
(2) Internship completion certificate, internship not more than 02 years old as on date of interview i.e on 15.02.2023. However, the candidate who completed internship more than 02 years old as on date of interview can appear in the interview however they offered residency only if no fresh Junior Residents are available.
For Junior Resident (Dental):-
(1) BDS degree from recognized university/ institution.
(2) Internship completion certificate. Only those candidates considered for selection/appointment who have completed their internship within 02 years on the date of interview (30.11.2023). Registration with Delhi Dental Council is compulsory on date of interview. Acknowledgement for registration in DDC will not be accepted.
