(1) Holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or the department. (OR) with 03 years service in he grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay Rs. 5000 – 8000/- (Level 6).
(2) Possessing the speed of 80 wpm in shorthand in English / Hindi.
(3) Regional language concerned.
