NHPC Recruitment 2024Pay Scales:
✔️ The NHPC Limited company provides an appealing compensation package that includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA), Cafeteria Allowance, Performance-Related Pay (PRP), Medical Facility, and Social Security Benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), Pension, and Gratuity, among others, in accordance with the company’s prevailing rules. Selected candidates will be positioned in the pay scale of ₹ 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000 (IDA) (E2) during the one-year training period.
✔️ Upon the successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineer/ Officer in the same scale with a probationary period of one year. The total annual emoluments for a new joiner are estimated to be approximately ₹ 15 Lakh.
NHPC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ For the position of Trainee Engineer: A full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/B.Sc. (Engineering) in the relevant discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE, with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade. Alternatively, candidates with AMIE (enrollment up to 31.05.2013) and a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade are also eligible to apply.
✔️ For the role of Trainee Officer: Candidates must hold a CA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or ICWA/CMA qualification from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (formerly known as the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India). Passed candidates are eligible to apply.
NHPC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:
✔️ For Trainee Engineer: The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of GATE 2023 Marks and Online Document Verification. Provisionally selected candidates shall be extended “Offer of Appointment” on provisional basis.
✔️ For Trainee Officer: The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of CA/CMA score and online Document Verification process. Provisionally selected shall be extended “Offer of Appointment” on provisional basis.
