MRPL Marketing Recruitment Notification of 11 Assistant Executive Posts in ‘E2’ Grade through UGC-NET December 2023. Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), Mangalore is looking for bright, energetic, aspirant and dedicated youths (Indian Nationals only) for recruitment in ‘E2’ grade of Management cadre through University Grant Commission (UGC) – National Eligibility Test (NET) – December 2023 marks. MRPL Assistant Executive Age Limit:
Maximum 27 years for UR and EWS categories.
The Upper age relaxation 03 years for OBC (NCL).
The cutoff date shall be 24/02/2024.
MRPL Assistant Executive Salary:
Grade: E2.
Starting Basic pay: ₹ 50,000/-
Scale of Pay: ₹ 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
Approx. CTC Range: ₹ 16 to 18 lakhs p.a.
MRPL Assistant Executive Eligibility Criteria:
(1) 02 years MBA in Marketing/ Operations Management/ Supply Chain/ Business Management/ Analytics/ International Trade (OR)
(2) Graduate Degree with 02 Years Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing/ International Trade/ Supply Chain.
(3) Working knowledge of Kannada language is desirable.
(4) The Candidate shall possess valid UGC-NET marks in the corresponding UGC-NET subjects (Management – Subject Code 17). The results of UGC-NET December 2023 only will considered.
MRPL Assistant Executive Selection Process:
(1) The selection methodology will comprise initial shortlisting based on valid UGC-NET December 2023 marks, followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
(2) The shortlisting of candidates for GD and PI will be done based on the marks obtained by them in the UGC-NET December 2023. Marks from any previous or other UGC-NET examination will not be considered.
(3) Candidates will called for GD and PI in the ratio of 1:5 (i.e., 1 Post: 5 Candidates, as per the reservation of posts). In the event of multiple candidates having the same UGC NET marks, the candidate with higher marks in the essential qualification will be considered.
MRPL Assistant Executive Application Fee:
(1) A Non-Refundable fee of ₹ 110/- + GST 18% for General (UR) / OBC category candidates.
(2) SC / ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Serviceman categories exempted from payment of Application Fee.
(3) The fee should be made through online payment mode using Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking.

- Eligible candidates should apply online through the MRPL company Online Application Portal (advt93.recttindia.in) from 25th January 2024. Candidates are required to create a User Name (Login ID) and Password using their personal details. Once the Login ID and Password are generated, click on “Sign In” to log in and apply for the suitable post.
- The Candidates must upload a scanned copy of a recent (not older than 6 months) color passport-size photograph, a scanned copy of their signature, UGC-NET Score Card, and Caste Certificate, among other necessary documents.
