About Bhuj The Pride Of India

It leaves India vulnerable and defenseless against all other possible attacks in the future. IAF squadron leader Vijay Karnik and his team take it upon themselves to reconstruct the base from the rubble and give India even a fighting chance to stand its ground. It’s a herculean task, and likely impossible, but when the women of Madhapur near Bhuj announce their voluntary effort to help, Karnik and his team find a flicker of hope in their resilience.
The film is based on the true story of Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, who was in charge of the Bhuj Air Force Base during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.
