Age Limit: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term contract) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
Monthly Salary / Pay Scale:
Civilian Trade Instructor (CTI): Basic Pay ₹ 19900/-, Pay Matrix Level-2, General Central Service, Group ‘C’, Non-Ministerial, Non-Gazetted.
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS), Barber : Basic Pay ₹ 18000/-, Pay Matrix Level-1, General Central Service, Group ‘C’, Non-Ministerial, Non-Industrial.
Eligibility Criteria:
Civilian Trade Instructor (CTI):
(1) Matriculation or equivalent qualification with ITI / NTC and Vocational Training Certificate in the concerned trade.
(2) Should have adequate skill and knowledge of imparting training to recruits.
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS):
(1) Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
(2) Desirable: Conversant with the duties of the Gardener with 01 year experience in the trade.
Barber:
(1) Essential: Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized board and Proficiency in Barbers’ trade.
(2) Desirable: 01 year experience in relevant trade.
