J&K Bank Recruitment 2024 for Fresher Graduates: Selection of 276 Apprentices: The J&K Bank has released the official notification for the recruitment of 276 apprentices through its official website, www.jkbank.com, starting from 14th May 2024. The Jammu & Kashmir Bank, Human Resources, Corporate Headquarters, Srinagar invites online applications for the engagement of apprentices under the Apprentices Act-1961 (amended from time to time) for a period of one year. The selected candidates will be engaged in JK Bank branches/offices in the respective districts at the discretion of the Bank. J&K Bank Apprentice Age Limit:
✔️ The minimum age requirement is 20 years and the maximum is 28 years.
✔️ However, relaxation in the upper age limit for categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PwBD, etc., will be applicable as per J&K Government guidelines.
J&K Bank Apprentice Salary (Stipend):
The apprentices shall be eligible for a stipend of ₹ 10,500 per month for the engagement period of one year, of which ₹ 1,500 will be disbursed by a government agency through DBT.
✔️ Entitlement of conveyance up to a maximum of Rs. 1,250 per month.
✔️ Apprentices shall not be eligible for any other allowances or benefits.
J&K Bank Apprentice Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute.
(2) The final Graduate semester result should be declared by or before last date of registration.
(3) The candidate should be proficient in the local language of the respective region or area. Preference will be given to domiciles of the respective region or area.
Contract of JK Bank Apprenticeship:
Candidates who have already registered on the apprenticeship portal and are found suitable for engagement based on the merit list will be offered a contract digitally through the apprenticeship portal.
Candidates receiving the apprenticeship offer online from the Bank must accept it on the portal within the stipulated time frame.
The apprenticeship training will considered to have commenced from the training start date specified in the apprenticeship contract.
