Eligible Indian nationals, both male and female, may apply for the positions of Customer Service Executive/Junior Customer Service Executive at Cochin, Calicut, and Kannur Airports on a Fixed-Term Contract basis (3 years), which may be renewed based on their performance and the requirements of AI Airport Services Limited. ✅ AIASL Recruitment Salary:
✔️ Customer Service Executive: ₹ 23,640/- per month
✔️ Junior Customer Service Executive: ₹ 20,130/- per month
✅ AIASL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years for General. Age relaxation 03 years for OBC and 05 years for SC / ST.
Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Customer Service Executive:
(1) Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern.
(2) Preference will be given to candidate having Airline/ GHA/ Cargo/ Airline Ticketing Experience or Airline Diploma or Certified course like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
(3) Should be proficient in use of PC.
(4) Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.
✔️ Junior Customer Service Executive:
(1) Matric with 12th (10+2) Pass from a recognized board.
(2) Preference will be given to candidate having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or Airline Diploma or Certified course like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
(3) Should be proficient in use of PC.
(4) Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.
